Krachtig, vatgerijpt, biologisch rood van Cabernet Sauvignon en de lokale Kotsifali druif.
In het glas diep robijn rood gekleurd met rijke aroma’s van rijp donker fruit, kers en zwarte bes, koffie en zwarte chocolade met kruidige toetsen die harmonieus versmolten zijn met de vanille van het eiken vat.
De smaak is vol, romig en rijk. Lange afdronk met rijpe en zijde zachte tannines.
De wijn heeft 5 maanden gerijpt in Frans- en Amerikaans eiken.

This red wine aged, based on a blend that combines the spicy scherzo of KOTSIFALI and the strict power of Cabernet. It is known for its vivid colour and aroma of mature fruits and herbs set against the subtle vanilla of the oak barrel. Soft and juicy in taste, with ‘round tannins’ and a rich, aromatic finish.

Stelios Zacharioudakis is the founder of “Domaine Zacharioudakis” in the village Plouti and he claims that there never came to a dilemma about selecting the location, since in Plouti his grandfather and his father cultivated their land. As he says with pride, “I think I responded to the call of oenoforos this earth to once again offer the wine.”
His oppinion about the cultivation and production of wine reveals his philosophy “In the family Zacharioudakis we want our passion and -our taste- to be recognized in every single glass of wine. We want the one who drinks the wine to feel the energy and the scents of Cretan nature and taste this ancient connection of our land with the wine. “
