ShiraYuki Saké
Sake Shirayki is een blanke gefermenteerde rijstwijn gemaakt van de sakamai rijstsoort.
De wijn wordt sinds 1550 geproduceerd.
Het water dat bij de productie wordt gebruikt komt uit het Rokko gebergte.
Deze Saké berhoort tot beste in zijn soort en is alleen gemaakt van rijst, zonder toevoeging van andere gedistilleerde alcohol.
Kan zowel warm als koud gedronken worden.
Saké Shirayuki is made since 1550 in pure Japanese tradition from the variety of sakamaï rice and the pure water of the Rokko mountains.
The Saké Shirayuki is of superior quality, called “pure rice”, without addition of distillation alcohol.
Dry and unctuous saké, fine and fragrant.
