De Frankische Rieslings maken indruk met hun fruitige aroma's, milde zuurgraad en fijne mineraliteit. Deze Riesling is droog en goed in balans dankzij de subtiele, pittige zuurgraad. Het Rieslingzuur geeft hem een levendig karakter.
Het boeket doet denken aan het fijne fruit van rijpe perziken uit de wijngaard, gecombineerd met frisse citrusaroma's. Het harmonieuze samenspel van fruit, zuur en zoetheid nodigt uit tot het nemen van de volgende slok.
Wirsching is ook aangesloten bij Fair 'n' Green. Fair 'n' Green houdt in dat er duurzaam gewerkt wordt in de wijngaard én dat er met zorg omgegaan wordt met werknemers en werkomstandigheden.

Bocksbeutel
The name of this unique, typical bottle originates from the word “book” because, as a hip flask, it fitted into the pouch in which the monks and pilgrims carried their prayer book. In antiquity, the mouth-blown glass bottle was a precious drinking vessel. Later, in the Middle Ages, it is found mainly as a pilgrim’s bottle made of glass or clay. Since the beginning of the 18th century, it has been the trademark of exceptional wines from Franconia. For us, the Bocksbeutel embodies tradition, uniqueness and home. That is why we use it for our local wines and the majority of our single-vineyard wines.
Wijn&spijs: uitstekend geschikt als aperitief, salades, asperges, braatwoorst, stoofpotjes, vegetarische gerechten, kip, gebakken witvis met vruchtjes "Picasso" en Aziatische gerechten.

The Hans Wirsching wine estate is one of the most traditional and renowned estates in Franconia. Our family has been growing grapes for several centuries. Currently, Andrea Wirsching manages the estate. On 90 hectares in and around Iphofen, we produce mainly dry white wines – that is our specialty. The most important grape varieties are Silvaner, Riesling, Scheurebe, and white Pinot varieties (Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris). About 15% of the wines are red, and we place particular emphasis on Pinot Noir. Our vineyards and soils are the basis for ensuring that future generations will also grow wine successfully in Iphofen. That is why sustainability is the most crucial goal in all our decisions. Even for our 35 employees, most of whom spend their entire working lives with us.
